John Strandberg

    John Ephriam Strandberg was born in Sweden in 1897.  John and his parents came to The United States when he was seven years old and settled in Bellingham, Washington.  In 1942 he moved to Portland and purchased a floral and nursery business which he operated until 1963 when he retired.  Mr. Strandberg was married to Myrtle.  They had one daughter who is now Mrs. Dwain Abbott.  He had two brothers, Mandroff and George.  John died on July 24, 1980 at the age of 83.
